At Adaptive, we're reimagining how organizations manage privileged access to their infrastructure resources. We're in search of a Software Engineer with a strong focus on DevOps and Security to join our vibrant and agile team. You'll be working with a group of intelligent and ambitious individuals, bringing your unique expertise to our product development.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute code to our core infrastructure access management platform. You'll also develop intuitive command-line interface experiences for our developers. Additionally, you will work on the DevOps pipelines and help us improve our security posture.

• Improve Platform: As part of an early-stage start-up, we are in constant build-deploy-maintain mode. Our existing features are best-in-class, but we also have newer problem statements that are super exciting.
• Streamline Cloud and on-premises operations: We deploy both on the cloud and on-premises. Both approaches have different DevOps requirements. You will be expected to help us in the process.
• Enhance Security Posture: Since our customers are large banks and health tech organizations, maintaining compliance, governance, and security is a super high-priority activity. You are expected to streamline or help us converge the approach.

Who you are

• You hold a degree or diploma in CS, STEM, or a related field.
• You bring 5 to 10 years of experience as a developer (fintech or healthcare is a plus).
• Risk taking, not afraid to charter unknown territories of code, infrastructure and security.
• You're proficient in Golang, Rust, React, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• You're a team player, able to collaborate efficiently with product, engineering, and management teams.
• Willing to communicate and work with together with customers.
