Role Overview:
As a Solution Engineer at Adaptive, you will play a critical role in working directly with our customers and partners to solve technical challenges, drive adoption, and ensure success with our product. This is a hands-on, highly impactful role where you’ll be interfacing with users, providing technical support, identifying expansion opportunities, and advocating for the product.
Key Responsibilities:
Solving Technical Problems:
- Work directly with customers and partners to address technical issues and help them get activated on the Adaptive platform.
- Provide deep technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
Expansion Opportunities:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the use of Adaptive within customer environments, primarily focusing on the engineering teams.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on how to maximize the value of the product.
Product Advocacy:
- Be a strong advocate for Adaptive’s product and features.
- Create content such as technical documentation, tutorial videos, and product guides to communicate value and educate both internal teams and customers.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 3-5 years in a technical role with a background in engineering, preferably in DevOps, and experience in a customer-facing capacity.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of infrastructure management, including databases, VMs, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and data security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Previous experience in conducting customer training, troubleshooting, and onboarding.
Personality: Proactive, customer-focused, and able to think strategically about customer success and expansion.
