This is not a traditional customer success role.
You’ll be the technical face of Adaptive post-sale — working directly with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deploy, operationalize, and scale our product inside some of India’s fastest-growing companies.
You will directly influence expansion, retention, and long-term customer success.

What you’ll do
- Own the post-sales technical relationship for enterprise customers
- Lead onboarding and deployments across cloud, databases, VMs, and Kubernetes
- Work hands-on with DevOps and SRE teams in production environments
- Troubleshoot issues across IAM, networking, secrets, and access workflows
- Drive adoption and measurable security and compliance outcomes
- Run technical reviews with engineering and security stakeholders
- Spot expansion opportunities and partner with the AE on commercial motions
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering
Who you are
- 5–10 years in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, DevOps, Security Engineering, or similar)
- Strong hands-on DevOps background
- Comfortable with: AWS / Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, Databases like Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB
- Strong understanding of infrastructure security
- Able to debug real production issues
- Clear communicator with high ownership and comfort in fast-moving environments
