We’re on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Drive hands-on design from concept through execution across digital, print, video, and events
- Craft compelling narratives through design that communicate our vision of becoming the standard platform for creator marketing
- Evolve and maintain Agentio’s brand system, ensuring consistency while pushing it forward
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership to translate ideas into clear, high-impact creative
- Design assets across the full funnel — from brand campaigns and website updates to sales materials, social content, and event experiences
- Bring strong taste and point of view, while staying pragmatic and execution-focused in a fast-moving environment
- 3–6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a related role
- A strong portfolio that shows end-to-end brand thinking, not just isolated assets
- Comfort owning projects independently, from early concept to final delivery
- Experience designing across multiple formats and channels (web, social, print, events, etc.)
- Strong storytelling instincts — you think in systems and narratives, not just visuals
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience at a startup or high-growth company
- Familiarity with creator marketing, media, or consumer-facing platforms
- Motion or video design experience
- You’ll help define a category, not just a brand
- You’ll have real ownership and creative influence from day one
- You’ll work closely with leadership and see your work shipped quickly and often
