As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, Revenue, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding talented candidates for the Revenue tribes, consisting of the Growth & Partnerships Teams. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Revenue, you’ll be partnering closely with our hiring managers to find them the best talent possible. You'll also be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing Airalo’s global talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Airalo’s Revenue TA Manager in close collaboration with the People Director, Talent, hiring managers & key stakeholders from the Revenue tribes
  • Assist the Revenue TA function end-to-end: finding & engaging talents, initial screening calls & setting up interviews with hiring managers
  • Create & post jobs on multiple online job boards & platforms, define application pre-requisites, review all incoming applicants & proceed to screen calls for all qualified candidates
  • Proceed to regular global talent mapping within your tribe, ensuring you are aware of the latest trends in recruitment & stay ahead of the market to attract the best candidates
  • Centralize & maintain all candidates/employees personal & professional information on various HR systems, ATS, HCM & HRIS
  • Provide weekly reports & metrics to hiring managers: conversion rate, pipeline strength, hiring velocity, time-to-hire, candidate diversity & any other relevant updates

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field & 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Executive Search
  • Industry knowledge & proven experience hiring for Sales & Marketing teams in a global product-led environment
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, from Reqs Qualification to online posting, assessments of candidates & interviews
  • Strong experience in various talent sourcing techniques, ie. Boolean/Tangent/X-Ray searches as well as industry talent mapping
  • Familiarity with a variety of different talent selection and vetting methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.)
  • First-hand experience with posting jobs on social media and job platforms
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools

Good to haves:

  • Experience in the traveltech and/or telco industry
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Additional written/spoken languages
  • Proven experience using AI-powered tools to streamline and automate the recruitment process.
