Software Tester (Fresher)

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester (Fresher) to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying issues, and ensuring a smooth, stable, and high-quality product experience for our users.

Responsibilities

Execute manual testing and report clear, detailed, and actionable bug reports

Perform functional, regression, smoke, performance, and UI/UX testing

Collaborate with development and product teams to validate requirements and features

Create, update, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation

Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality before release

(Optional) Assist with automation testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress (if you have prior exposure)

Required Skills

✔ Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
✔ Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
✔ Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
✔ Basic understanding of test case writing and execution
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
✔ Good communication and teamwork abilities

Bonus Skills

(Not mandatory, but good to have)

⭐ Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
⭐ Understanding of API testing using Postman or Swagger
⭐ Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
