Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales - Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our membership sales efforts. This role is critical in promoting our detailing services, generating and nurturing leads, and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, with a proven track record in a commission-based role, preferably within the automotive or related industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Sales: Promote and sell membership subscriptions to new and existing clients, focusing on B2C acquisitions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, email, phone calls, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Personalized Pitches: Develop and deliver tailored pitches to address the unique needs and preferences of each customer, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads, converting them into sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets, tracking and reporting on outreach efforts and conversion rates.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly, and coordinating with the Operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upsells and effectively pitch them to customers.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and promote services.
  • Booking Management: Oversee the booking system to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Experience in a commission-based role with a focus on membership sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, MS excel and sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Structure: Salary + Commission

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000 per year*

*(including commissions)
