Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the company's clients and partners.
  • Research and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Identify the needs and requirements of clients and partners.
  • Propose appropriate solutions for each client and customer problem.
  • Provide clients & partners with comprehensive product or service consulting.
  • Guide client and partners application processes
  • Upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients
  • Resolve complaints and problems efficiently and on time.
  • Meet sales and revenue as targeted by the company
  • Promote high quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
  • Produce reports for management on sales status actual

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in construction industry sales and business development
  • Relevant experience in consumer lending especially in related to the activity that involved to the customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in similar management degree/diploma
  • Selling skills ability
  • Problem-solving Skills: Skills in developing solutions effective for addressing an issue
  • Communication Skills: Well versed in interacting with internal and external parties to establish case objectives
  • Multi-tasking and able to prioritize duties
  • Committed and reliable.
