We formulate new products in the food supplement vertical as well as more broadly in the food & beverage market, addressing underserved consumer demands. We are a start-up company that raised funding from investors including reputable venture capital firms as well as business angels from the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We currently run a portfolio of two brands and are building multiple new brands for launch in the coming months. We are a group of ecommerce enthusiasts with a lot of excitement for DTC, digital marketing, and consumer brands.
We are looking for a TikTok Live Moderator to join us and lead the execution and enhancement of our livestream shopping experience across platforms like TikTok Live, LazLive, Shopee Live, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of our livestream sessions, including planning, coordinating, hosting, and promoting.
Role
- Plan, organize, and coordinate livestream schedules across platforms in collaboration with sellers and internal teams, aligning with campaign goals
- Manage the end-to-end relationship with live sellers, ensuring they are prepared and equipped with all necessary materials for a successful session.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard live sellers with the right energy, presentation skills, and product knowledge to represent our brands during livestream sessions.
- Train live sellers on livestreaming best practices, such as audience engagement, showcasing products effectively, and optimizing sales techniques to enhance viewer interaction and conversion rates.
- Develop a comprehensive guide for live sellers, covering key areas such as maintaining high energy levels, highlighting selling points, engaging with the audience, and using effective sales techniques.
- Ensure live sellers are briefed on key selling points, promotional strategies, and campaign goals, helping them structure their content to maximize impact
- Oversee livestream performance in real-time, providing feedback to live sellers during and after sessions. Track metrics such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Compile detailed reports on each livestream’s performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvements in future sessions
- Manage and set up discounts, vouchers, and other promotional mechanisms on platforms such as TikTok, Lazada and Shopee to enhance the appeal of the products during livestreams.
- Stay updated on the latest platform features and trends for live selling
Background
- Experience (1 year) in live selling moderation
- Experience in live selling is a plus
- Familiarity with live selling tools and equipments is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
