Armada Brands builds direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands for the Philippines. Our goal is to create the most popular and exciting consumer brands in the nutrition space. We formulate new products in the food supplement vertical as well as more broadly in the food & beverage market, addressing underserved consumer demands. We launch the products under new, proprietary brands. We follow a digital-first and DTC-centric approach with an omni-channel trajectory.
We are a start-up company that raised funding from investors including reputable venture capital firms as well as business angels from the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We currently run a portfolio of two brands and are building multiple new brands for launch in the coming months. We are a group of ecommerce enthusiasts with a lot of excitement for DTC, digital marketing, and consumer brands.
We are looking for a TikTok Channel Manager to further grow our portfolio brands’ TikTok accounts and TikTok Shop channels. This is a key role responsible for reaching our end-to-end TikTok targets and driving growth across critical pillars such as content, affiliate programs, live selling, and paid ads. The ideal candidate is a TikTok enthusiast who understands trends, platform algorithms, and how to create viral, authentic, and on-brand content while strategically managing the platform's performance
Role
- Be responsible for end-to-end TikTok and TikTok Shop targets across multiple brands
- Be responsible for driving growth and reaching functional targets across critical pillars such as content, affiliate programs, live selling, and paid ads
- Coordinate with the marketing team, content agencies, and creators to produce a variety of content types, including SEO-focused, trendy, product, FAQ, and street interviews.
- Build programs, build relationships with and train key affiliate partners
- Build in-house live selling operations, from setting up equipment to defining processes and workflows together with live selling operations manager
- Manage third-party service providers (TSPs) and ensure that they reach their targets
- Maintain a mix of in-house and outsourced live selling models
- Manage TikTok media buying, including spark ads, live ads, and listing ads with the media buyer
- Identify the needs of the TikTok team and propose improvements to enhance overall performance
- Establish relationships Key Account Managers, Affiliate Managers, and Event Managers from the TikTok Shop team
- Collaborate closely with the company’s CCO, CEO and brand managers
Background
- Experience (2-4 years) in growing TikTok Shops and TikTok accounts
- Familiarity with DTC brands and the nutrition & health category is a plus
- Expertise in TikTok seller operations
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
