About the Role
Autodraft AI is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media & Community Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to closely work with the founders, devise and execute a social media strategy for Instagram and YouTube, nurture and grow an active community on Discord/Telegram and other social media platforms.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building the Autodraft AI brand.
What we’re looking for:
Social Media Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across all social media platforms.
- Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and community engagement metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and develop integrated campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to enhance our brand’s reach and credibility.
- Event Promotion: Promote company events, webinars, and product launches across social media platforms.
Community Building Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a community-building strategy for Autodraft AI on Discord/Telegram and other relevant social media platforms.
- Engagement: Foster engagement within the community by organizing events, competitions, and discussions related to Autodraft AI's products and industry.
- Moderation: Moderate and manage community forums to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with community members to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on Autodraft AI's developments.
- Integration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate community-driven initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management and community engagement, preferably in the technology industry.
Qualities We Value:
