About the Role

We’re looking for a highly expressive, camera-friendly Content Creator fluent in both Hindi and English to become the face and the voice of Autodraft’s content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will be responsible for ideating, scripting & filming both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, webinars) video contents.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in front of the camera, is confident, articulate, understands storytelling, and has a solid grasp of tech/AI/animation space (or is eager to learn fast).

Key Responsibilities

• On-Camera Hosting: Record engaging videos for product explainers, tutorials, user stories, behind-the-scenes, podcasts, and campaign videos.

• Scriptwriting: Write, localize, or co-develop scripts in Hindi and English tailored for social media, YouTube, and community audiences.

• Content Strategy Execution: Work with the social media manager to execute content calendars for both organic and paid growth.

• Audience Engagement: Represent the brand persona in videos and be involved in conversations through replies, live sessions, and community content.

• Platform Optimization: Customize content based on platform (e.g., hook-focused for Reels, narrative for YouTube).

• Basic Editing (Bonus): Ability to do basic video edits using tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere is a plus.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in creating camera-facing content for YouTube, Instagram, or brand channels.

• Confidence on Camera: Must be articulate, energetic, and natural in front of the camera.

• Content Portfolio: Proven examples of past content – YouTube channel, Reels, Shorts, or brand work.

• Understanding of Social Trends: Awareness of what works across platforms, including hooks, formats, and virality principles.

• Interest in Tech & Creativity: Passion for animation, storytelling, and/or AI-driven creative tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups or tech brands.

• Basic video editing and graphic design skills.

• Familiarity with animation or content creation tools.

• Experience with podcast-style content or running interviews.
