About the Role

Autodraft AI is seeking an execution first, dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with the founders, devise and execute a social media strategy.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building the Autodraft AI brand.

What we’re looking for:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published contents (images, videos, written) across all social media platforms.
• Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and develop integrated campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to enhance our brand’s reach and credibility.
• Event Promotion: Promote company events, webinars, and product launches across social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in social media management and community engagement, preferably in the technology industry.

Qualities We Value:
