This unique role is ideal for fresh graduates with relevant e-commerce experience or professionals with 1-2 years in the field, who are looking to take on a challenging and rewarding entrepreneurial role. Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy and Management: Oversee and develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, managing all aspects from product development to online sales.
  • Platform and Product Management: Handle our online storefront, ensuring an engaging customer experience. Oversee product listings, descriptions, and digital merchandising.
  • Marketing and Customer Outreach: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. Manage social media and email marketing to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Customer Experience Management: Ensure exceptional customer service, address inquiries and feedback, and improve the customer journey based on insights.
  • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate with suppliers and partners for smooth operations and manage logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise analytics to inform business decisions and regularly report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant e-commerce experience or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Self-driven, creative problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
