KOL Intern

KOL department plays a major role in lower funnel marketing of the brand as we encourage sales and bring high quality leads to marketplaces, DTC, and retailers. We are responsible for executing campaigns, analysis, and optimization for influencer marketing and community building.

KOL Intern will be support the KOL and brand team to execute monthly KOL Activation as well as execute KOL project that has been set based on the company's goals. This person will be one of the main points of contact for KOL to leverage the ongoing campaign and achieve company objectives.

• Identify, recruit and assist in the management of influencer campaigns
• Support monitor and report on influencer and community activities including content creation documentation, reach, and engagement
• Approaching KOL for project campaign through all platform.
• Build a relationship with all influencers.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to KOL.
• Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts or agreements with KOL.
• Participate handling KOL for event.

• Studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or or related field and has a deep passion for local and global beauty industry
• Deep passion for TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms; experience working with influencers a big plus but not required Understanding of the influencer landscape, from micro-influencers to top tier platform leaders
• Keeping up with the latest trends of beauty industry especially in terms of influencers marketing
• Located in Jakarta and willing to attend to BASE Community Activation (Example : Jakarta x Beauty)
• Ability to take direction as well as work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and a positive can-do attitude
• Enjoy working on a small team and independently
