At Benjamin, we're passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMo’s (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Key Responsibilities

Data and AI Strategy:

• Lead the development of our data strategy, envisioning our evolution into a data as a service (DaaS) provider.
• Collaborate with AI and Data engineers to identify AI opportunities and integrate ML into our products.
• Work hand-in-hand with the data and AI teams to align our mobile app strategy with our broader vision of becoming a data-driven and AI-powered company.
• Define product roadmaps that incorporate data-driven insights and AI-driven features, optimizing user experiences and engagement.
  
  

Gamification And Engagement

• Utilize data analytics and AI capabilities to enhance gamification features and personalize user experiences.
• Work with the data and AI teams to iterate on gamification strategies, optimizing engagement and retention.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to continuously enhance our gamification efforts.
  
  

Product Management Skills

• Proficiency in roadmap development, with the ability to communicate roadmaps with data and AI teams.
• Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, and deadline management
• Effective communication of product vision and strategy to stakeholders across different teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Experience in leading data and AI initiatives, with a focus on integrating these pillars into product strategy.
• Proven track record of driving transformational projects within hyper-growth startup environments.
• Deep understanding of data as a service (DaaS) and AI technologies, with implementation experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, adaptable to remote work environments.
