Key Responsibilities:
- Provide creative solutions ranging from mockups to prototypes using industry-standard design/development software
- Design solutions that balance user needs and engineering capabilities
- Provide appropriate input and constructive criticism regarding marketing strategies and/or UI/UX decisions
- Support additional design and engineering team initiatives as assigned
- Be responsible for creating consistent and on-brand solutions for a wide variety of consumer touchpoints such as mobile/web products, website/landing pages, digital marketing, etc
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience as a Product Designer
- Previous experience with consumer-facing mobile apps
- Previous experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Skilled in various design principles related to websites/pages, mobile apps, and customer/B2B marketing
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and follow specifications and technical documentation
- Expert knowledge in visual web builders such as Webflow and/or Framer
- Expert knowledge in email marketing design and development
- Expert knowledge in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Expert skills in illustration and iconography design
- Proficiency or ability to adapt to using 3D software (such as Spline)
- Proficiency or willingness to learn video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut
- Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google G Suite
- Ability to multi-task and work both independently and with other creatives within a fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines
- Good verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing your design process, prototypes, and final products
