People Operations Intern

Hiring companies & agencies still use age-old processes & dated technology to run their recruitment which makes this industry extremely ripe for innovation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the talent operations team to streamline candidate screening processes.
2. Conduct a targeted range of 60-70 phone screenings daily, adhering to established recruitment procedures.
3. Coordinate seamlessly with candidates to facilitate interview scheduling.
4. Assess and evaluate candidates' skills and key responsibilities effectively.
5. Regularly update and maintain the candidate database, generating insightful reports as needed.
6. Ensure the timely delivery of profiles featuring high-quality candidates within specified TAT.
7. Methodically evaluate job applicants against the shared job description criteria.
8. Document and report task statuses on ATS, providing constructive feedback to Talent Managers as required.
