Role Overview:

We're seeking an energetic Marketing & Sales Development Associate to join our Bangalore team, with particular focus on the US market. This dual role involves creating engaging content and helping grow our sales pipeline through outreach and lead generation for both our HR tech solutions and cutting-edge voice AI technology. Marketing:

• Create compelling content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Develop and edit video content for product demos and features
• Help build our social media presence across platforms
• Create case studies and success stories
• Support event marketing initiatives

Sales Development:

• Conduct research to identify potential customers
• Execute outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
• Engage with prospects through social media
• Schedule demos with qualified leads
• Maintain our sales database
• Support US sales team with lead generation
• Track and report on outreach metrics

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales development role
• Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong understanding of US market preferences and business culture
• Experience marketing technical products to business audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple product lines
