About RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging potential clients, and driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs and positioning Darsa AI’s solutions effectively. Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, targeting both Indian and international markets.
- Qualify Leads: Understand customer pain points, assess needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Engagement & Follow-ups: Schedule product demos, conduct discovery calls, and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in generating leads and building a sales pipeline across different geographies, including India and international markets.
- Experience using sales tools such as CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
