Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead strategic initiatives and projects to improve sales productivity and operational excellence, managing backend operations and supporting product marketing for GTM product launches.
  2. Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive sales enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing training, and development.
  3. Cross-functional Success: Act as the key liaison between Sales leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Product and Tech).
  4. Performance and Incentives: Continuously improve deal velocity, conversion rates, and sales productivity metrics. Design, implement, and manage sales incentive/compensation plans aligned with business goals.
  5. Content & Tooling Optimization: Create and manage essential sales collateral, playbooks, and resources. Evaluate, implement, and optimize the sales technology stack (CRM, sales automation) to enhance productivity and pipeline generation.
  6. Global Training & Workshops: Plan and conduct global workshops (internal and client-facing) on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and market trends
  7. Process Streamlining: Optimize end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation and trial account creation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  8. Data Management & Analytics: Oversee sales data management, including the book of business and AE data enrichment. Conduct in-depth analysis to provide actionable insights and sales forecasting.
  9. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and maintain the Book of Business for the entire Sales Team.
  10. Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor Sales Operations Associates and Market Research Executives and drive accountability across the team for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in driving sales productivity, process optimization, and enablement impact.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling small-to-mid sized teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), sales automation, reporting, and enablement tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.
