But today, the technology which powers them — is broken. The existing suite of software is clunky, difficult to use, faces regular outages, and offers poor support.

Bookee is the most complete software for fitness & wellness businesses. We bring together scheduling, memberships, payments, marketing, payroll — everything on one platform and automate it. Our goal is to replace ten different tools they use today with one almighty.
So that they can focus on what they love — making people healthy and happy.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Growth Analytics: Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive analytics that underpin Bookee's growth initiatives.
  • Strategic Influence: Your analysis will directly shape strategic decisions, from product development to marketing and sales strategies, ensuring data-driven excellence across all facets of the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align data insights with business goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Innovation at the Forefront: At Bookee, innovation is our core. You will have the unique opportunity to experiment with and implement cutting-edge analytical techniques and tools, setting new standards in data-driven growth.
  • Work in an ambiguous environment, have a strong intuition on data and critical product thinking
  • Understand the business, define problems and design structured approaches to solve them.
  • Perform exploratory analysis on large volumes of data to validate/disregard hypotheses.
  • Identify opportunities using insights for product/process improvement.
  • Create dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, sales and operations teams) on a regular basis to drive product/process changes and improve business intelligence.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience; UG from a top-tier school (B. Tech or B. Sc in Maths/Statistics/Economics degree preferable).
  • Strong analytical skills, process orientation, and good communication skills.
  • Possess basic business sense and an understanding of common statistics/analytics techniques.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python (Must-have).
  • Analytical Toolkit Mastery: High proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau)
  • Strong ownership, drive, and the experience of working independently in unstructured environments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable growth insights.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of successful growth initiatives informed by your insights, demonstrating a tangible impact on product roadmap, marketing effectiveness, and sales performance.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines to execute on decisions.
  • An appreciation for the connection between your work and the outcome (the impact it has on the organization and the experience it delivers to the customers).
  • Good to have: Previous work experience in an early-stage start-up.
