Job Description
The Trauma Platform Lead, Southeast & North Asia (SENA) will play a pivotal role in advancing the Trauma, CMF, Extremities, and Power Tools portfolio across the SENA cluster. Reporting to the Strategic Capabilities Lead, SENA, and serving as a member of the SENA Orthopaedics Leadership Team, this role is responsible for driving platform strategy, portfolio management, and successful commercialization initiatives to accelerate business growth and improve patient outcomes.
The role requires a strong strategic mindset combined with execution excellence, overseeing the product lifecycle from launch planning through market adoption and portfolio optimization. The incumbent will collaborate closely with country commercial teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and Global and APAC partners to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform strategies to drive sustainable growth across the Trauma portfolio.
- Lead portfolio management, product launches, and commercialization initiatives.
- Partner with country teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance market performance.
- Leverage market insights and customer needs to shape strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and regional/global stakeholders to deliver business goals.
- Foster strong engagement with key customers, industry experts, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Significant experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or MedTech marketing/commercial roles.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across multiple countries and diverse cultures within APAC is preferred.
