Job Description
Commercial Lead Japan will lead strategic direction of commercial team in Heart Recovery Japan including Clinical

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a visionary and thought commercial leader in driving various sales and education activities that support
- Directs multiple teams led by Clinical Sales Director, Surgical Sales Director and Education Manager.
- Manages operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance).
- Collaborate with global commercial leaders including US, EMEA and APAC to deliver global business success
- Demonstrate Abiomed’s Principles, Abiomed’s Operating Procedures, and Johnson & Johnson’s Credo
- Creates a purpose driven culture in which decisions and actions are strategically informed by patient, customer
and goals of the team and enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations within the healthcare or medical device industry,
- Proven leadership experience across all departments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and data analytics for decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and Business level English proficiency
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Customer-focused with a deep understanding of regional healthcare ecosystems.
