As a proven specialist with a strong sales mindset, you will serve as the key point of contact for orthopaedic surgeons, OR managers, and operating room staff in hospitals and clinics. In this central role, you will coordinate, organize, and ensure the correct application of our high‑quality, innovative products. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, drive their execution, and manage corresponding sales projects within your assigned territory.
You Will Be Responsible For

You Will Be Responsible For
- Advising your clients before, during and after procedures in the orthopaedics clinic (joint reconstruction & sports medicine).
- Logistical coordination of interventions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, workshops and in-service education for healthcare professionals.
- Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers.
- Optimize inventory management and increase logistical efficiency
- Several years of experience in the medical and surgical environment.
- Solid and comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel in your region.
- Fluent in Italian (mandatory), proficiency in English needed.
- Sound MS Office skills.
- Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) not a must but an advantage.
- German knowledge.
