Role overview
We are searching for a Sales Development Representative who will be driving our sales efforts, ensuring revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. We are seeking a junior individual contributor that possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and has experience from cold sales. You have a self-starter mindset and a hands-on proactive approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive daily outbound sales activity to target accounts and book qualified meetings.
  • Utilize various prospecting tools to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients within both established and emerging markets.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of their unique challenges and painpoints.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of industry developments and competitive landscapes.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly targets and KPIs for sales-qualified leads.
  • Effectively manage leads and pipelines in the CRM.

    Your profile
  • 1+ years’ experience in new business B2B / SaaS sales, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to execute effective sales strategies and follow a staged and structured sales process.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills..
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Willingness to “muck-in”, learn-as-you-go and lead by example.
  • Hungry and passionate about being hands-on, selling yourself, and leading by example.
  • Thrive on challenging the status quo and driving innovative sales approaches.
  • Bring an execution-focused approach to problem-solving.
