Your Role

We are not looking for just another salesperson. We're looking for a sales professional with a proven track record and a true entrepreneurial spirit who has built a sales motion before and is excited to do it again - this time for a mission that matters.

This is your chance to move beyond a simple quota and apply your hard-won skills to co-create a best-in-class sales motion from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

  • Building the Foundation: Driving the development of our sales stack and toolkit to ensure our GTM strategy is efficient and scalable

  • Owning the Full Cycle: Building a robust sales pipeline, winning new customers, and managing the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing 'POCs' (Proof of Concepts)

  • Driving Expansion: Leading the commercial process for expansion opportunities within existing customers after their 'POC' is successful

  • Evolving the Playbook:Taking our existing sales 'playbook' and assuming responsibility for constantly improving and evolving it as our sales process and customer base mature

  • Acting as a Strategic Partner: Collaborating extensively across the business, especially with Customer Success and Product teams, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Proven Track Record: 5+ years in new business B2B sales, consistently hitting and exceeding targets, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Enterprise Sales Mastery: Deep experience in 'Enterprise' sales, managing high ACV propositions sold into complex, multi-stakeholder customers

  • A Builder's Mindset: You're a strategic thinker who can follow a structured sales process (experience with MEDDIC or SPIN is a plus) but also know when to be creative

  • A "Hands-On" Approach: You lead by example, love solving hard problems, and are obsessed with understanding customer pains

  • A Tech-Forward Approach: You are analytical and comfortable using modern sales tools, including AI-native tools, to drive automation and sales velocity
