Qualifications
- Highly experienced in Node.js, JavaScript, Typescript, React and AWS 👩🏽💻
- Familiar with Next.js, Storybook, and Tailwind 🪶
- Test-Driven Development, writing readable unit tests
- REST API design & development
- Writing documentation
- Designing, developing & maintaining CI/CD workflows
- You take pride in creating optimised backend solutions 👌
- Capable in leading architecture discussions and decisions 📐📏
- Facilitates collaboration and peer code reviews in a growing team environment ❤️
What you’ll achieve
- You will be a founding member in an early-stage VC-backed start-up 🧑🏼🚀 👩🏿🚀
- You will work with other rock-star developers 👩🏻🎤👨🏻🎤 and deliver a state of the art product 🏆
- You will develop new and complex solutions from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance
- Make a name for yourself by being part of a truly innovative product
Example tasks
- Compose backend architecture diagram
- Build new backend services
- Coordinate and integrate backend functionality with finished frontend components
- Work closely with the CTO and our Senior Engineering Manager to strengthen and improve our code standards
