Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager/College Relations Manager to join our team. This role involves managing relationships with colleges and universities, promoting our internship programs, and ensuring smooth collaboration between institutions and our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network in the education sector, and the ability to drive program participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Promote the Sprint International Internship Program to potential partner institutions.
- Coordinate with college administration and placement cells to facilitate student participation.
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions, seminars, and workshops for students and faculty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on program participation and success metrics.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and program guidelines.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the Director of the Sprint Program.
- Travel to partner institutions as needed for meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master degree in a Business Administration and related fields.
- Proven experience in any edtech or educational service companies as account management, college relations, or a similar role.
- Strong network and connections within the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present to large groups and conduct engaging seminars/workshops.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in account management, college relations, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Ideal candidate need to have bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Experience working in the internship placement or education technology industry.
- Knowledge of international education systems and internship programs.
- Marketing and sales experience, particularly in educational services.
