We're focused, ambitious, and obsessed with building a category-defining company. In the last 12 months we've grown ARR 15x, achieved product–market fit with leading multi-billion-dollar PE firms, and expanded across the US, UK, and Europe. Now we're doubling down: we've raised a large Series A from top-tier VC investors to scale the team. We're hiring hyper-talented people who want to work at the forefront of AI and revolutionise an industry.

This is the senior-most US commercial seat. You'll carry a number yourself, run the largest accounts personally, and at the same time lead and grow the US GTM function, owning everything from pipeline generation through to deployment and retention. You report to the CRO, work in lockstep with the founders, and own how Capsa shows up in the most important market for our growth.
Player-coach is where the role starts, not where it ends. As you hire, develop the team, and scale ARR, the time you spend in deals shifts to time you spend building the function. We expect the transition to a full leadership seat to be driven by what you build.

The opportunity
- US revenue and pipeline. Number, forecast, conversion rates, segment strategy. You own the US P&L on the commercial side.
- Your own book of strategic accounts. Run the largest US opportunities personally. Managing Partners, Operating Partners, CTOs at the firms that define the market.
- Team leadership across the full GTM function. Top of funnel through to expansion and retention. You set the bar, run the cadence, and develop the people.
- Hiring and team building. Bring in the next wave of senior commercial and post-sales talent. Your network is one of the reasons we want you in the seat.
- The US GTM playbook. What works, what doesn't, what's different about selling to US firms vs European ones. You write the playbook the rest of the company learns from.
- Cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering. Feed back what the US market needs. Influence the roadmap, not just consume it.
- The face of Capsa in the US. Events, investor introductions, executive briefings, ecosystem relationships. You're how the market sees us.
- Exceptional traction. 15x ARR growth in 12 months, PMF with top PE funds managing over $1tn AUM.
- Define the function. First senior marketing hire at a category-defining AI company. Build it, don't inherit it.
- Direct line to the founders. Partner with the CEO and CRO on positioning, narrative, and how Capsa earns the right to be the category leader.
- Backed by the best. Top VCs and senior PE execs from Warburg Pincus, KKR, and Goldman Sachs.
- Major upside. Meaningful equity in a company growing 15x year on year.
- 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with material leadership experience. A meaningful chunk of that time selling into private capital: PE, VC, private credit, infrastructure, or adjacent vendors where private capital firms were the buyer.
- Built and led teams that hit numbers. First-line management at minimum. You've hired, coached, and exited people; run forecast calls that actually move outcomes; and turned individual quotas into a team result.
- Closed at the highest level. Seven-figure, multi-year deals with sophisticated buyers and procurement. You've done the work yourself, not just managed people who do it.
- A network that opens doors at the top of the market. Relationships across the US private capital ecosystem that you'll bring with you. The right candidate has personal access to the people we want as customers.
- Player-coach by instinct. You're equally credible in a Partner meeting and a forecast call. You don't pick one mode and stick to it.
- High standards, direct feedback. You raise the bar around you and you give people the truth, in private and on time.
- Builder. You're choosing this role because the function isn't built yet, and that's the appeal. Low ego, high ownership, bias for action over planning theatre.
- Direct communicator. You make decisions, write them down clearly, and tell the team why. Comfortable disagreeing with the founders and the CRO when you believe you're right.
- Genuinely curious about AI. Using it, breaking it, embedding it into how the team sells and operates.
