CareNow Indonesia is making healthcare financing more accessible for millions of Indonesians — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an Account Manager who can help us onboard, activate, and manage our expanding network of healthcare providers (HPs).

What you’ll do:

• Onboard new healthcare providers signed by our BD team.
• Activate providers by driving their first transactions quickly.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of ~40 active HPs monthly.
• Educate providers' teams so they’re confident in offering CareNow.
• Monitor account health, solve issues, and boost engagement.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of account management or partner success experience (healthcare, fintech, or pharmaceutical background is a plus).
• Strong communicator who can build and maintain client relationships.
• Hands-on, proactive, and driven by clear KPIs.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable in English.
