We address a key challenge in the gig economy—ensuring legal employment—by integrating payroll services directly into our platform, a market-first solution recognised by the ATO.

What you’ll be doing:

The business is excited to welcome a JavaScript & Full Stack Developer to join our early-stage team. You will be instrumental in developing Casu’s product and contributing to improvements of our tech solution. Being an early-stage, full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to the development of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using JavaScript and other modern technologies.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in test development to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance our technology stack.
• A positive, resilient, and growth attitude towards building up an early-stage business.
• The ability to collaborate across functions.
• Ready to work in a start-up environment that has a big vision.
• Contribute to building an awesome culture at Casu!

Qualifications/skills:

• 3+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and full-stack development.
• Strong experience with test development and agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Experience with Flutter or React Native is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud and Firebase is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously.
