🚀 Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Representative to join our growth team. This role is open to Singapore Permanent Residents and Citizens who possess the necessary insurance certification.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a focus on group insurance (such as group health and GPA) as well as general insurance.

🔥 Who are we looking for?

  • A passionate, ambitious self-starter with experience in insurance sales, particularly in group and general insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven experience with an existing client book.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Singapore Permanent Residents or Citizens
  • Relevant insurance certification (e.g.Certificate in General Insurance or Certificate in Life Insurance - BCP,PGI,CGI, HI,M5,M8,M9,M9a).

💡 Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Promote and sell a range of group insurance products (Group health, GPA, Group Travel etc) and General Insurance products to potential clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Leverage your existing client book to generate new leads and referrals.

Consultative Selling:

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various insurance policies to clients.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their insurance coverage.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios and suggest appropriate adjustments.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Compliance and Certification:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market conditions.
  • Maintain the necessary insurance certification and pursue ongoing professional development.
