About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development professional to join our team, focusing on Large Enterprises and Government sectors. Your primary goal will be to drive growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within these sectors. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within the large enterprise and government sectors. Develop and implement strategic plans to capture new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with CHOYS’s mission and offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and showcase the value of our platform.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Industry Networking: Represent CHOYS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our platform and build a strong network of contacts within the large enterprise and government sectors.

Requirements:

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the large enterprise and/or government sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace wellbeing solutions, insurance, or HR technology is highly desirable.

Passion: A genuine passion for improving workplace wellbeing and making a positive impact on people’s professional lives.

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the large enterprise institutions and/or government sectors.
  • Ideally around a minimum of 3 years in large enterprise/government sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outbound Sales and Negotiation
  • Excellent outbound sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective outbound sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and techniques.
  • Communication and Interpersonal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving

  • Knowledge about the usage of CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot tools specifically is a plus
