About The Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be part of our Growth Team which is one of the key components of our business. Through this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall growth and success of the company.
Reporting directly to the Business Growth Lead, you will be responsible for doing outbound reach and try to find your leads database.
More Specifically, You Will
- Enthusiastically and proactively reach out to a high quality of new outbound leads daily and guide them through the sales process
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to generate high-quality leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and continuously update CRM with accurate and detailed information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.
Requirements:
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the insurance or employee wellbeing sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for driving results.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
