📍 Location: Jakarta (Remote, but expected to visit clients’ offices 3-4x per week)

  • Experienced in B2B customer success, account management, or client experience.
  • Based in Jakarta, as you’ll be working remotely but meeting clients regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Success Management (Indonesia & Global):

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CHOYS clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing engagement.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their needs and resolving issues effectively.

✅ Customer Engagement & Growth:

  • Monitor and analyze client engagement data to identify areas for improvement and drive user adoption.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance user experience, develop engagement initiatives, and promote new features.
  • Lead training sessions and ensure a structured system for tracking and updating employers and employees to maximize CHOYS platform utilization.

✅ Documentation & Internal Strategy:

  • Maintain internal documentation of client issues, resolutions, and platform insights to improve customer success workflows.
  • Align customer feedback with product development and operational strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their insights contribute to company growth.

📢 What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, client management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or insurance sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Indonesia’s business environment; understanding of HR and employee benefits is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and implement engagement strategies on a global scale.
