We’re hiring our first Community Manager in Singapore! 🚀

As one of our first full-time hires in Singapore, you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing the CHOYS community — bringing together HR leaders, employees, partners, and well-being advocates across industries.

✅ Build, grow, and engage the CHOYS community in Singapore — from online groups to in-person events and partner networks

✅ Plan and host engaging community activities, workshops, well-being initiatives, and field activations that drive user acquisition and product activation

✅ Be the friendly face of CHOYS — representing us at events, panels, and networking sessions, while building trusted relationships with key HR and community partners

✅ Track and report on community, event, and field activation metrics to support growth, lead generation, and product activation targets

✅ Gather insights and feedback from our community and field interactions to support product improvements, account growth, and upsell opportunities

✅ Create content that sparks conversations and strengthens our brand — from social media posts to community newsletters and event campaigns

✅ Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of community events, wellness partnerships, and outreach activities

✅ Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to amplify CHOYS’ presence and impact in the region

✅ Source, onboard, and manage partnerships with local wellness providers to support CHOYS’ regional growth

✅ Map and expand CHOYS' presence across corporate hubs, co-working spaces, and community ecosystems

✔ You have 2-4 years of experience building and managing communities — whether at a startup, brand, or non-profit, or a superstar record of running communities of any kind

✔ You’re a natural people person — approachable, energetic, and great at building connections

✔ You’re comfortable with both online and offline community building

✔ You have strong communication skills — and enjoy creating content that engages and informs

✔ You’re proactive, organized, and love bringing people together
