Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy intern with exceptional communication skills to join our team in a Customer Success & Operations role. You will have the unique opportunity to work directly with Circlepay's founders (CEO and CTO), playing a crucial role in shaping our customer service approach. Your effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and proactive drive for continuous improvement will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle customer queries using our cloud-based service platform.
  • Train and improve our AI customer service bot.
  • Develop automated customer service workflows.
  • Write clear and helpful customer service articles.
  • Enhance customer experiences and internal processes.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactively identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Take ownership of tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of technology and a quick learner of new applications.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Own transport is required.
  • Studying or having completed a degree related to business and technology is beneficial.
