What’s the role?
We are seeking a dynamic and creative social media manager, for Twitter, to join our team at Codedamn. This role is perfect for a college student with a passion for development and technology and a knack for creating engaging, witty content that resonates with our audience.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice on one of the most influential social media platforms, engaging with our community, and driving our online presence forward.
What will your responsibilities be?
Create, schedule, and manage engaging and informative tweets that reflect our brand's values and appeal to our target audience. Make memes, videos, tutorials or host giveaways; we love experiments!
Stay up-to-date with the latest tech, development, and social media trends to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.
Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to align Twitter campaigns with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.
Engage with folks, respond to timely queries, and monitor customer reviews.
Analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of your content and strategies, and adapt accordingly.
Who is an ideal candidate?
Currently enrolled in college with a major or significant coursework in computer science, marketing, communication, or a related field.
A genuine interest in technology, software development, and staying ahead of tech trends.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft content that is both informative and engaging.
A good sense of humor and the ability to create content that is both entertaining and educational.
Familiarity with Twitter and other social media platforms, as well as tools for scheduling posts, analyzing engagement, etc.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
