About the Role

• We are looking for a freelance CPAP Machine Specialist to support our customers in getting started with their CPAP therapy.
• You will handle CPAP machine setup and onboarding sessions at customer locations, ensuring that each user understands how to use and maintain their device effectively.
• We are seeking candidates with prior experience handling CPAP machines — you should be fully comfortable with setup and patient education without requiring further training.

What You’ll Do

• Set up CPAP machines and masks at customer locations.
• Guide customers through proper usage, mask fitting, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Answer basic questions and provide reassurance to customers starting CPAP therapy.
• Provide a warm, supportive, and professional experience to customers.
• Report any equipment issues or customer feedback after each session.

Compensation

• Earn up to SGD 50 per setup session.
• Flexible schedule — you choose when to take sessions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Prior experience working with CPAP devices is required (in sleep therapy, respiratory therapy, home healthcare, medical equipment, or related fields).
• Able to independently set up CPAP machines and masks and onboard users.
• Healthcare background preferred (respiratory therapist, sleep technologist, nurse, or similar).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to travel across Singapore.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
