Job Title: Tenant Experience Executive

Job Type: Full Time

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Seoul, Sadang-dong

Reports To: Building Manager

Role Purpose: Involve providing a warm check-in, assisting tenants for a comfortable stay, managing maintenance requests, organizing community events, resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, maintaining communication with stakeholders, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction. Your goal is to deliver a high level of customer service, create a pleasant and memorable experience for tenants, and maintain well-maintained and tidy units.



Main Responsibilities:

● Facilitating a warm and welcoming check-in

● Assisting Coveys with any general issues they might have to make their stay more comfortable

● To be a liaison for maintenance issues between the Coveys and the appropriate counterparties/contractors

● Lead the planning and execution of exciting community events

● Handling and resolving flatmate conflicts and related issues

● Redress any grievances a Covey might have using means available

● Liaising with the property owner or representative when necessary

● Keep constant communications with all stakeholders and regularly check in on the Covey’s wellbeing

● Any other duties that contribute to a better experience for our Coveys as necessary

● Perform the Inventory checks after a tenant checks out

Deliverables:

  • Provide a concierge like service to our Coveys
  • To provide a high level of customer service to our Coveys and other stakeholders
  • To ensure that the Covey’s stay is pleasant and memorable
  • Make sure units are well maintained and tidied

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Essential

  • A diploma in any field (service related is a bonus)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or event management or any customer-facing role
  • Master both spoken and written Korean

Optional/Preferred

  • Experience working in an early-stage start-up
  • Experience in facility management and/or vendor management
  • A good command of spoken and written English
