Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: Property Manager

Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team in one of our hotels in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible to maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Support, assist, and train team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly
  • Perform all other duties as requested
  • Offer timely information about hotel services and facilities to guests
  • Build strong relationships and liaise with other departments

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office
  • Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A)
  • Proficient in English
  • Pleasant appearance
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented
