Job Title: Account Management Intern

Job Type: Full-time Internship

Start Date: Immediately

Reports To: Strategic Account Manager

Role Purpose:

Your main focus will be to help manage franchise properties to make sure everything is aligned with Cove standards. This role will need to maintain strong relationships with franchise properties landlords, ensure property performance in both commercial and operational side, become landlord's main point of contact and person in charge and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain landlord satisfaction and property performance.


  • Maintain commercial & operational performance of franchise properties
  • Perform routine operations assessment to ensure alignment with Cove's standard of operations
  • Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners that partner with Cove
  • Suggest recommendation to enhance revenue generation & cost-effectiveness for partners
  • Assist with our partners’ operational issues when necessary


  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Max. 2 years in property background, preferably has experience working in the real estate, hospitality industry, and/or early-stage startup.
  • Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
