Job Title: Sales Support
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Regularly:
- Updating database
- Creating weekly sales review deck based on template
- Ensuring leads in Referral List and Waiting List are being followed up
- Updating the deposit refund data
- Updating rolling & fixed-term end date data for CS to follow up
- Creating domicile letter for tenants
Property Onboarding:
- New property survey
- Registering property on GMB
- Creating Front Rule
- Completing Fact Sheet
- Fixing property’s GMB location pin and related stuff
- Confirming with Project Manager whether the viewing date and live date is on track
- Housekeeper sales training
- Create FAQ for SC property
- Conducting DD visit and making sure the property data on our list is valid
- Onboarding legacy tenants by reaching out to them, asking for their data, inputing their data to our system, sending tenancy agreement and having legacy tenants to sign it
Data Reliability:
- Updating the tenancy data in our system
- Updating the property and room data in our system
- Updating LTS allotment
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Administration or similar role
- Had previously worked at tech company is highly preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and file efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
