Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive

Job-Type: Full-time

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: Bali, Indonesia

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities for the sales of hotel rooms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates
  • Conduct negotiations with customers to reach a favorable bargain for both parties, prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Fully responsible for accounts under his/her management; including business production, updating profile and contracting or renewing contracts
  • Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and build relationships
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive activity in the local market

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 1 year experience of working in the related field
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the local market and industry trends
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
