Job Title: Property Manager Bali
Job-Type: Full-time
Reports To: Area Head
Location: Bali
Role Purpose: Your main focus will be to manage Cove’s properties and improve the tenant's experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experience
- Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
- Ensure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-ins
- Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners
- Manage a team of associates and facilities staffs to perform well and meet our standard of operations
- Schedule a team of associates and facilities staffs to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio
- Ensure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLA
- Responsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling the daily expenses
- Responsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time
- Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Min. 2-3 years in property management and/or community management, preferably have experience working in the hospitality industry and/or early-stage startup
