Job Title: Marketing & Creative Assistant Manager

Job-Type: 3-6 Contract

Reports To: Co-founder

Location: Singapore

Role Purpose:

Cove is searching for a highly entrepreneurial and results-driven Marketing & Creative Manager to spearhead our growth in Singapore and play a pivotal role in supporting our regional marketing efforts in Japan and Korea. You'll be a hands-on leader, crafting and executing marketing strategies across all channels, with a strong focus on website campaigns, social media, content and community events.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a "can-do" attitude, ready to dive into the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment. You'll be directly accountable for hitting ambitious growth targets and will lead a small, dynamic team, making strong leadership and people management skills essential.

Goals/Deliverables:

  • Flawless marketing execution across all key channels
  • Increase top of funnel tenant inquiries via marketing campaigns and initiatives, to be delivered through both paid and organic marketing channels, with the support of Creative Team, Digital Marketing Team and Tech Team
  • Drive funnel efficiency: assist to constantly improve conversion rates to property viewings and bookings by fine tuning website campaigns and creatives
  • Assist Sales Team to meet room bookings and vacancy rate targets through marketing initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with Creative Team and Digital Marketing Team to ensure best in class data tracking and reporting
  • Manage Cove’s brand and creative guidelines

Core Responsibilities:

1. Regional Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Work closely with the Co-founder, Sales Manager, Digital Marketing Team and Tech Team to understand our customer and work in partnership to drive business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for Singapore
  • Drive funnel efficiency: assist to constantly improve conversion rates to property viewings and bookings by fine tuning campaigns and website creatives
  • Oversee and develop consumer interactions to ensure we are delivering a stellar customer experience across all touchpoints e.g. email newsletters, community app, and website

2. Creative Development & Management

  • Closely assist on the delivery of the Singapore brand strategy, driving distinctiveness and impact and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Liaise with Korea and Japan stakeholders and Digital Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms e.g. website, social media and digital ads
  • Work with the Creative Team and Tech Team to continuously enhance the user experience and visual appeal of our website, app, and customer portals
  • Lead weekly creative huddles with the Creative Team, providing updates and strategic direction for regional campaigns, specifically for Singapore, Korea, and Japan

3. Property & Lifestyle Shoots

  • Coordinate with the Sales Team, Property Operations Team, and Operations Team regarding property shoot dates and manpower allocation
  • Oversee and manage the process for property and lifestyle photography and videography, including assisting with staging
  • Ensure end-to-end process of VR Matterport scanning and ensure virtual tours are accurately published on listings

4. Community Engagement & Partnerships

  • Plan and organize engaging community events and workshops for tenants, fostering a vibrant living experience
  • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting, and negotiating to onboarding and ongoing relationship management
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial terms that align with business goals and strategies
  • Implement strategies to cultivate strong, enduring relationships with existing partners, maximizing long-term value

5. Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Lead the strategy and execution of our social media and influencer marketing initiatives across Singapore, with support for regional efforts in Japan and Korea
  • Drive significant growth in organic social media presence, working in close partnership with the Social Media Executive to maximize reach, engagement, and community building across key platforms
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key influencers and brand advocates relevant to each market, developing creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results
  • Oversee content strategy and production for social media, ensuring all visuals and copy are brand-consistent, highly engaging, and tailored to platform-specific best practices and cultural nuances

6. Special Projects & Other Tasks

  • Coordinate and manage external vendors and suppliers for brand and marketing collaterals
  • Oversee and execute ad-hoc VIP tours and staging preparations

    What makes you a great fit:

    Essential

    • An undergraduate degree in any field (business/design related is a bonus)
    • Strong academic and professional track record
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Creative Marketing (ideally in a high growth/tech-led business)
    • Experience managing a reasonably sized budget
    • Able to communicate clearly and work closely with business stakeholders.

    Preferred

    • Experience working in an early-stage start-up
    • Experience managing a team
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
