Job Title: Project Intern
Duration: 6 month

Reports To: Project Manager
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist Project Manager in cross-function coordination to ensure Onboarding process is align with Master Schedule & Live Date could achieve on time
- Conduct DD in tandem with Project Manager prior to start Onboarding process
- To do Property Checklist with Owner before Hand Over Checklist in the early phase of Onboarding
- In tandem with Project Manager to Coordinate & regularly Supervise utilities upgrade works while Onboarding process
- In tandem with Project Manager to Purchase & Deliver ops upgrade items to property location while Onboarding process
- Assist Project Manager in doing onboarding-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Ad-Hoc Ops supporting works in solving Building Technical problems if Onboarding properties is in slower pace/not occured
What makes you a great fit:
- D3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering
- Having work or training experience in the Built Environment industry would be a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office application
- Good basic knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational work flow & system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of teamwork
