Job Title: Marketing Operations Associate

Job-Type: Full time with 3-months probation

Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Jakarta (hybrid)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate live preparation for new property launches by managing all pre-launch tasks, including Due Diligence visits, finalizing room typology with the Pricing Team, Sales Team, and Transformation Team.
  • Work with the Marcomm team to craft property descriptions and surrounding POI lists for marketing use.
  • Ensure accurate property positioning by confirming product tier and other special labels (e.g. female-only, student, hotel, shariah) are correctly displayed across the website and all marketing materials.
  • Prepare and brief Sales and Creative teams on offline branding needs, including banners, posters, and on-site marketing assets.
  • Oversee Google Business Profile creation or takeover and ensure all required documentation and setup steps are completed.
  • Manage GMB verification via email, video submission, or videocall, and ensure all profile details (website, WA button, property info) are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate and schedule photoshoots with photographers and videographers across Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, and Surabaya, prepare and share shot lists, and ensure all required room-type assets are captured.
  • Oversee the collection and quality review of temporary photos before handing them over for OTA upload.
  • Organize and maintain the marketing asset library, ensuring all final photos and videos are uploaded and easily accessible in shared Drive folders.
  • Set up new properties on Bay and Core/THM system, update property photos in the system, and upload walkthrough or social media videos to the website.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major at a reputable university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects end-to-end—such as event committees, student organization roles, internship projects, or competition teams with clear ownership and attention to detail.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Pricing, Sales, Transformation, Operations, etc.
  • High attention to detail and strong operational discipline, especially in handling documentation, data entry, scheduling, and process tracking.
  • Familiarity with basic digital tools such as Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs), project management apps (Notion, Trello, Asana), or similar platforms.
  • Interest or basic exposure to marketing operations, hospitality, real estate, or online business workflows; experience through internships or campus projects is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g., CMS, OTA portals, Google Business Profile); tech-savvy and comfortable with structured operational tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain asset libraries (photos, videos, files) and ensure accuracy across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to follow SOPs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy in marketing setup tasks such as GMB updates or system configurations.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset, especially when coordinating with vendors (photographers/videographers) or handling on-ground preparations.
  • Native-level Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
