Job Title: HR Operations Associate
Job Type: Full Time with 3 months probation
Reports To: HR Operations Manager
Role Purpose:
Your main focus will be to manage all HR Administration Processes, Office GA, Company Asset, maintain HR Database through HRIS, and assisting HR Operations Manager on ad hoc projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- HR Administration: Prepare and issue official HR documents, including employment agreements, confirmation letters, and visa sponsor letters. Ensure all onboarding and offboarding checklists are completed, documents are signed, and files are archived.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and manage employee system access, coordinating with IT for account creation and revocation during onboarding/offboarding.
- Office General Affair (GA): Supporting the company's operational needs by managing office facilities, supplies, and business travel arrangements.
- Business Travel Arrangement: Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight bookings and accommodation for employees.
- Company Asset: Manage the company asset inventory (laptops, access cards) for all regions, ensuring every item is tracked and assigned correctly.
- Assist in implementation of HR Initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR Operations, Admin, or Data roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a must (LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). You should be comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Professional proficiency in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory as you will support the regional team.
